This is a correspondence I have been meaning to send for quite some time. I am not a strong user of social media and rarely would I post on social media or provide feedback. However, there are exceptional circumstances where in my opinion it is warranted.
The exceptional customer service that I would like to recognise is that of Kingsley and Kate Hodgkins. They must be two of the most passionate, helpful and lovely people myself, my wife and little boy have ever met. Our search for our idyllic chateau in France has involved a significant investment of their time and despite the fact that it is ongoing, their energy and enthusiasm has never waivered. We will get there and I thank them very much for their patience.
I would not hesitate to recommend them, in fact I would encourage anyone searching for a property in the south of France to reach out to them.
You get to a point in a deep search for a property that you get to know those on the journey quite well and you start to form a friendship deeper than just property. I hope this to be the case in this scenario. It is rare to find such amazing qualities in people and they are a wonderful and formidable team.
